"Consigliato a chi cerca comfort, pulizia e una posizione strategica!"

L’appartamento è in una posizione eccellente, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. Molto pulito, spazioso e arredato con gusto: ci si sente subito a casa. Il terrazzo offre una vista davvero piacevole, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata fuori.

L’unico aspetto meno comodo è la mancanza dell’ascensore, con tre piani di scale da salire.

Der Empfang durch Luigi war sehr freundlich. Trotz meiner zu frühen Anreise kam er schnell, um den check-in durchzuführen, mir die Wohnung zu zeigen und alles Wichtige professionell zu erklären. Während meines Aufenthalts standen er und seine Frau mit Rat und Tat bereit. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell, und sie ist wunderbar klar und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Leider fehlt in der Küche eine Grundausstattung wie Salz, Zucker, Öl etc. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, wie man ja an den Fotos sieht. Die Lage ganz nah am Zentrum ist toll, man ist schnell mitten im Geschehen, auch in der Nähe von kleinen Läden, Bars und Restaurants. San Miniato ist eine entzückende kleine Stadt, typisch Toskana, und doch abseits des Massentourismus.

"We highly recommend this lovely apartment."

The apartment has been renovated & has been very tastefully decorated. The view was fantastic and it had everything we needed in a great location. It is located up 3 flights of stairs which wasn’t a concern for us. Luigi was very lovely & communicated well.

"Traumhafter Blick auf die Toskana"

Sehr modern eingerichtet, sauber und ein traumhafter Ausblick. Im Zentrum von San Miniato. Luigi ist ein super Gastgeber und hilft bei jedem Problem.

"Très joli appartement bien placé pour visiter la Toscane (Pise, Florence, San Giminiano,…)"

Une vue magnifique sur la vallée avec une petite terrasse pour en profiter pleinement. L’accueil par Luigi et sa délicate attention. La localisation de l’appartement dans l’ancienne ville de San Miniato. L’appartement très bien rénové, moderne et très propre. Une très grande chambre. Parking gratuit à proximité.

Il est un petit peu dommage pour les utilisateurs du canapé lit qu’il n’y ait pas de rideau pour occulter la lumière dans le salon.
