Cosa mi e piaciuto ? Tutto...., una meraviglia, un posto eccellente, vista mozzafiato , una città viva con concerti , passeggiate. Insomma a San Miniato...la città del tartufo bianco per eccellenza, l'appartamento grande con cucina , balcone con vista mozzafiato ( a fare colazione e cena ) una meraviglia. Di sicuro torneremo. I proprietari gentili , a darci tutte le informazioni necessarie

Fantastic location

Difficulty contacting the host for arrival and entey due to incorrect phone number for him. Weren't aware of the roadworks and construction outside the apartment.

Casa Nina is in a great location with a wonderful view. It is very spacious and comfortable with all we needed. It was also very clean Luigi was very communicative and helpful and while he was unable to greet us his wife was there to meet us and provide information We had a great stay and loved spending time in San Miniato

The only thing I would say is for those with mobility issues it may be difficult navigating the 3 flights of stairs as it’s on the top floor

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city, with restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the apartment, making every morning and evening feel special. The place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Another big plus is its excellent location for exploring Tuscany, as many of the main attractions are just a short distance away.(Pisa, Lucca, Livorno...etc) Communication with the host was smooth, Luigi is smiling, kind and helpful. If you're looking for a perfect spot to explore the city and beyond while enjoying breathtaking views, this is the place to book! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Sensational flat, Amazing host."

The apartment was clean, well equipped and located perfectly. Luigi was a fantastic host who was communicative and really helpful in organising our entrance and checkout from the property amongst travel disruption. He also left us a bottle of Tuscan wine to enjoy on the balcony, which has one of the best views of my life.

That I couldn't stay forever.
