Appartamento Casa Nina

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Daher konnte man sich sehr wohlfühlen! Immer wieder gern.

Set in the heart of San Miniato alto, Casa Nina was perfect for our needs. Recently renovated, the 1-bedroom (spacious bedroom with queen bed, freestanding wardrobe and chest of drawers) apartment comprises a small kitchen/dining area; small living area with television; small balcony with table and chairs; washing machine; good sized bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, generous wash basin; split system air-conditioning for the whole apartment. The kitchen has basic supplies such as crockery, cutlery, electric kettle, fridge and freezer, moka coffee pot but you’ll have to bring your own tea and coffee. The apartment is on the third floor, so there are a few flights of stairs to climb but the view from the kitchen and balcony is stunning. Just a few minutes walk from the weekly Tuesday market, gelateria, butcher, pasticceria cafe, wine bars and restaurants, San Miniato is a great place to stay for a few days and soak up local life in a real town. Luigi and his wife, Cosetta were welcoming and helpful, just a phone call (or What’s App) away. Cosetta met us at the apartment and helped us up to the apartment, explaining the layout before handing over the keys. She even kindly took time out of her day to recover my hat which I’d left in the apartment when we departed.

ロケーションが最高で、家の中も広く清潔でとても良かったです。窓から見える景色も最高でした。小さな村の1番中心のところにあって、パレードも上から見ることができました。特産のワインのサービスも粋な計らいでした。

イタリアの古い建物なので、階段だったのが大変でした。

Spazi ariosi, pulitissimi e confortevoli. Posizione centrale e bellissima vista.

Molto pulita, arredamento moderno , appartamento ampio, carino e in posizione centralissima con cucina attrezzata e dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Luigi molto cordiale e prodigo di consigli. Molto gradito anche l’omaggio del vino che ci ha fatto. Bellissimo il panorama dal terrazzino.

La prima sera dopo la prima doccia l’acqua è diventata fredda, abbiamo rimediato la seconda sera facendo le docce intervallate da un’oretta ma non è il massimo. Sotto la casa stanno facendo dei lavori e sono state sistemate 2 rumorosissime lastre di metallo che ad ogni passaggio di macchina si muovono. Logicamente non è colpa della proprietà ed è una cosa transitoria ma in questo momento è un po’ fastidioso. La casa è al terzo piano senza ascensore, nessun problema lo sapevamo ma va tenuto in conto se a prenotare sono persone con problemi di deambulazione.
