Close to many amenities. Authentic Italian area. Host was extremely helpful and responded immediately to any questions or concerns.. Gave a lot of great ideas for restaurants and places to visit. Apartment was reasonably clean and nice and quiet at night. Bed was decently comfortable.

Area had a lot of garbage around and dog droppings on the sidewalk. Apartment needs some upgrades including a new fridge. Espresso machine did not work.

Location is great, walkable distance to the city center and lots of bus stations. It was easy to communicate with the owner and he even gave us pastries one morning.

The bathroom was supposed to be a balcony initially so it’s very narrow. A downside if you are taller

We were very satisfied with our stay here, close to the means of transport and the train station, many local pizzerias with very good products, shops and everything you need. The owner is an extraordinary man who communicates very well and helps you with advice and recommendations whenever you need. And we thank them in this way once again!

Thomas is the best host. He takes care that your stay will be pleasant. Do worry about anything he will find a way to help you. He even can take is time to take you on a tour.

Not a lot of windows to let in sunlight

Our stay at Thomas' apartment was overall very enjoyable. The apartment itself was well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The price was very reasonable for the amenities and location. What really stood out to us was the host's incredible hospitality. Thomas went above and beyond to make our stay special. He invited us to dine at his restaurant and also let us sample some wines before it opened. On top of that, he offered to take us on excursions and provided plenty of great tips about the area. His efforts really made our trip memorable.

We noticed that many of the places we visited, including our stay here, emphasized the importance of excellent reviews, which slightly impacted our experience. We feel that it's important to leave honest reviews.

Pretty nice view of authentic italian living area from the balcony. Got a few bottles of water in the fridge which was a nice. The street is calm, no noise from the outside to disturb. A small supermarket is within 10 minutes of walk.

The checkin was a complete disaster, the keybox to the main entrance did not have any keys in it so I was stuck outside for like 10 minutes until to my luck some other guest exited the building who had taken the key. Aparently guests should just unlock the main entrance with that key and leave it in the keybox (FLAWED CHECKIN SYSTEM), but in the real world some of them will just take it for themsevles. Secondly, the lock of the main entrance is so worn out that only 1 out of 3 keys I later tested actually went into the keyhole and the only one which did, barely unlocked the door by fiddling the key for like a minute until it moved. So good luck not braking the key in half while you try to open the main entrance. It was said that the apartament is on the 2nd floor, but to me it actually looked like it was on the 4th floor from the inside of the building. Why not label the apartaments/keyboxes with numbers in the checkin instructions, so it's clear which apartaments belongs to you?? In addition different cultures have different understandings of building floors - we do not have a floor 0 unless it's underground... The AC was barely working at all and made strange noises, had it on turbo mode and 16 degrees all the time I was there. On this setting it would somewhat cooldown the room in around 15 minutes. Miscellaneous things I noticed: 1. Lack of cleanliness in the shower - mold 2. Shower and bathroom sink drains were clogged up baddly and were not cleaned 3. No cutting board for cooking 4. I hope you know how to operate a gas cylinder for the oven. 5. No hand soap 6. No trashbags To summarise the check-in process was highly problematic, with a flawed keybox system and the main entrance lock was nearly unusable. There were several cleanliness and maintenance issues, including mold in the shower, clogged drains, and missing essentials like hand soap and trash bags.

The first thing worth mentioning is the host. His hospitality is outstanding! He wanted to make sure that we would have the best experience. He had contacted us prior to our arrival offering the pickup services, answering any possible questions we might have had. We received heaps of videos and info what to visit. He had brought us the croissants knowing that we were waiting for our delivery food!!! I can’t imagine a nicer host who would care about his guests. Nothing was a problem, we asked about the additional bedding and wifi and it was solved immediately. Communication in English was easy and smooth.
