"amazing hotel, spacious room and helpful staff! highly recommended"

the room was very spacious and comfortable and we had our own onsen bath. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the location was great and really, the pictures are not doing it justice. the hotel and the room are way better in reality. this place is fantastic!

i can't think of anything i didn't like. everything was top notch!

Location was good

It is not shown in the image, but the bath and shower are on another floor to the bedroom, and the only way to get between them is by going into the shared lift

"Lovely boutique hotel in good location"

Boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. Good shower, and tea/drip coffee replaced, plus some pastries on arrival Lovely reception staff Easy walk to lots of bus routes nearby, and easy bus or 30mins walk to station and Gion so location good Lots of places to eat nearby and very close to Family market

Fairly small room, and sofa quite hard. Two double beds made it a bit tight.

The room was bigger than I expected. The shower was really big. The beds were really comfy and quite big. The room were clean on arrival. The private onsen was clean too and easily available. The staff was extremely nice 👍
