Excellent location in the centre. A lot of room, good beds and a great kitchen with a very nice coffee maker! Easy check-in and communication with the owner.

In the weekend it can get loud in the night as there are popular bars a stone's throw away and the windows don't block sound well. So if you're a weekend traveller and not used to city life or are a light sleeper, I would suggest another location.

"Nice stay in Piacenza"

The apartment is well equipped and spacious, all pics are honest, there is no beautification.

Afternoons were sometimes not quiet because of a shop owner down the street who played music outside his shop. Of course this has nothing to do with the apartment owner - he was very kind and helpful.

"I’m touring Italy as a retirement gift to myself and staying here was delightful."

Everything, it was just superb all around. A corner apartment with so much light. Having the washing machine was so convenient. I won’t put down street noise as something I didn’t like about the property because I’m super sensitive to noise, and I always travel with earplugs and a sound machine. It’s a phenomenal place and I’d stay there again.

Fue una excelente experiencia. El departamento es muy amplio y está muy bien equipado. Tenía todo lo necesario de elementos de cocina y baño. Se destaca la limpieza, ya que estaba impoluto. El trato con el host fue muy amable y atento.

Durante el fin de semana, es muy ruidoso hasta las 2 o 3 de la mañana. No está muy bien insonorizado.
