Cleaning, everything very old, no toilet paper, room too noisy. Overall is enough for one quick night. Not longer

The location it's just perfect, few minutes walk from the Petra visitor center and also free private parking. But what was really amazing, it's the kindness of the staff. The owner was just amazing, he offered to tell us about the story of Petra inside this beduin tent, the atmosphere was just magic. I definitely recommend everyone the experience at this hotel.

The location is great, next to a minimarket, and quite close to the main entrance to Petra. Even when the whole area is surrounded by dirt and sand, they do maintain the corridors and rooms free of dust. I'm a budget traveler, I don't look for fancy things. Clean and comfortable is enough for me, and I got that from this place, and for a great price. Everything inside the room looks old, used, basic, but then again, everything was clean and comfortable, so no complaints from my part. Hot water found. They offer a lunch box (don't remember the price, but it was less than 5 dinars) that was very handy for the Petra visit, especially when one is new and wants to save some time and go quickly to Petra.

I was totally new in the whole country, and I arrived at 2:10am. after 7 hours of flying and 2,5 hours of driving through the desert. I was tired, the exterior was a bit dark with no visible signs of the reception (at that time), so I naturally went through the main door, and besides the doors of some other rooms, I saw one that read "Security". I opened it, and right next to the door there was a young lady sleeping, to whom I unintentionally gave the scare of her life. I felt extremely horrible, and issued an immediate apology. She happened to be the maid, and that happened to be her room. Later on next day I noticed that the reception was next to the main building, but in the dark it was simply impossible. Once the lady recovered, she helped me getting the keys from the reception. When I finally met the guy running the place, he was very polite and willing to help, but I sensed that he was always pushing things to be his way, meaning at the time that was more convenient for him. Again, After 7 hours of flying and 2,5 hours of driving through the desert (they knew I was arriving at 2am.-ish), I was tired, and even when I was willing to wake up at 6am. to go to Petra very early, he insisted very much in me sleeping until later, so they can serve me the breakfast at 8, and also give me the towels (I don't understand why it was so impossible to give me the towels right away, or for the towels to be already in my room). I didn't want to argue, so I accepted, but it was the first time I saw a hotel/housing personnel pushing things their way, rather than considering the customer's will (they say they offer breakfast from 7am., but even when I said 7, he kept on insisting at 8). It was an unpleasant moment, but truth to be told, it did not change my mind about the place: if I ever go back, I would stay there again. Besides that, the guy was truly helpful.

The location was perfect, the hotel was easy to find, breakfast was nice. But the best part was Lizzy/Lizi (sorry I might write your name wrong), the woman from Ghana who took care of all our needs. She made us feel home!! Thank you.

It's very close to the visitor center, the owner is very attentive and care a lot.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes to the entrance. It is also just a short stroll to the main street with a lot of restaurants. The breakfast is simple, but good. We had two seperate rooms, so more than enough space.

The beds were really uncomfortable and old! The whole interior is quite shabby. Our room in the basement had one window to the hallway and one to the backyard looking at a wall. So it was quite dark.

Great beakfast, made just before you go to eat. But you need to say to stuff day before what is exact time unelss yuu want to wait 15mins to eat. Room was big and clean,same as bathroom. Stuff and host where plasant people. 5mins walking to Petra visitor center.
