"Good location, but poor facilities."

Close to Petra visitors centre.

It wasn’t very clean and the room did not correspond with the one from the pictures.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. We had a great dinner and conversations. The hotel is closed to the visitor center to Petra, which is very convenient.

close to visitors centre

not clean, toilet leaking water when flushing, smell of drainage from sink, fridge not working asked for double bed and got 3 single beds seemed like staff did not know we had to check in

we are family from India, we just wanted a good night stay as day time we expect to travel… it was as per our expectations , comfortable rooms, walkable to petra visitors centre, they have a small bedouin tents outside to sit n eat .. Value for the money spent..

hot water and cold water doesn’t mix properly, room heater during cold n rainy season may be helpful..
