Value Place

This hotel is literally as close as you could probably get to the petra visitors center. It was great after a long day to know the hotel room was just so close. The host offered us tea and also gave us a packed lunch for Petra for only 3JD. It was amazing. Host was nice and chatted to us in the evening, but also gave us space when we wanted it. He was quick to respond and also assisted us in booking our bus to Wadi Rum.

There where no towels provided, which was a minor inconvenience- but we had our own so it was no bother.

Selling family room. A hostel that forces you to sleep in single beds that do not offer family rooms. When we specified to stay as family. It's a hostel that says that's the room and acts rudely and disrespectfully without refunding any money. Definitely not suitable for families, money pit.

Great Location. Next to Petra.

overall quality was below good standard, but I have to underline, that looking around in Petra, value for money was very OK. Bed was comfortable, although on pallets. Bed linen and towels... well, clean, although rather to be replaced. Bathroom was ... just very poor, sorry to say. Breakfast ok but not interesting, just to eat and go to Petra.

breakfast was too late to see Petra from the very morning - hosts should consider it since people are coming just in this purpose

very dirty, disgusting room, leaking AC, old towels, in order to get to reception we needed to wait 30 min, no option to pay with card. info on Booking is misleading. Hosts are very nice, but customers really expect totally different standard, especially, when pictures are ok

Very good location to Visitor Center, mini store about 300m away. Wifi and AC works well, friendly staff.

The place was not clean, the beds were not comfortable, the fridge was not working at all and the shower sink was stuck and lacking hot water, and in general the place was messy and dirty.
