The apartment was very close to the city center and well connected to the main spots in Kyoto. Very nice rooms and authentic housing. It was very clean. I would come again.

1 stop away from Kyoto Station. Quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable and have options for larger groups. Full kitchen to cook simple breakfast and dinner. Large tatami room can accommodate a family to chat.

Living area in each unit is very small if a larger group wants to sit down together and chat. Can accommodate max 4 adults in the living room. No toilet on the 2nd floor so need to go down a few times.

"Great place!"

Just like our little house in Kyoto with cozy place and nice location. Close to Toji station and bus station. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back again!

There are 4 buildings / rooms in total at KYOSTAY Iroha Komichi. The sound / noise from the other rooms is quite obvious.

Love the Japanese style mattresses and size of the apartment. Good for 4" or 5" people

"Great choice"

The place is excellent. It is two floors with the second floor being a room. It is huge. Very clean. Beds good quality. Ammenities complete. I wish we could stay longer. Location is a bit of a distance from the main city, about 20 min bus ride. 15 mins walk from train station. But if able to navigate, definitely value for money. Staff let is leave our luggage in the room while they cleaned. Incredibly helpful
