"Japanese style but modern"

Spacious 2 story apartment with good bathroom, kitchen and even washing machine with powder. Large bedroom upstairs in Japanese style but more comfortable mattresses

"Too small for four"

It was clean and in a quiet area.

It was a way too small for four people. We had to move the table and chairs to a side to open our suitcases and tried to find the space to walk around.

The accommodation is a great combination of traditional and modern! We got to experience sleeping on futon beds (on the floor) and all the facilities are modern and clean. Thoughtfully there was coffee, green tea, disposable slippers and washing machine. Kyoto Station and Aeon Mall was a short stroll away. My family really enjoyed this place.

"Nice place ,very cute,quiet accessible location ."

You get to experience traditional japanese style bedroom , cleanliness,well equipped with ACs hot shower and free washer/dryer with detergent and all cooking stuff. It is just about 8min train ride from main station Kyoto so its in a quiet area but still have nearby convenience stores ,bakeshop and kfc

Arriving with no drinking water ,or if the tap water is drinkable it should have a sign. Would really help to arrive aftee a long travel with water to drink

"Great accommodation"

We really enjoyed staying in this setup. You have kitchen, bathroom and dining area in the ground floor. It has everything you need. Everything clean and the check-in process was flawless. The spacious upstairs room was also great for our toddler for playing at daytime and sleeping at nighttime (you do not need to worry that she falls out of bed due to the comfy futons). We had a great time and highly recommend staying here.

"Experience on its own"

It was an experience on its own to stay in a traditional place and it added up to the overall joy of visiting Japan and Kyoto in particular. The place is self check in and check out, clean, cozy, conveniently located close to the station (but at a quiet street). Everything we’re needed was there.
