Apartament ok wygodne łóżka, szybki internet oraz wszystko co potrzebne na krótki wyjazd było na miejscu. Mieszkanie w samym centrum starego miasta blisko wszystkich atrakcji

Na minus nie udało nam się włączyć telewizji oraz odległość do parkingu a także koszt parkingu

The location is excellent and in the heart of old town .

Please take into consideration if you carry a big luggage without elevator.

Apartamento 4 andar sem elevador, pouco confortável e limpeza fraca, sem torradeira, não funcionava a TV e o MicroOndas, sem Ar-condicionado.

La portería estaba muy descuidada. El piso estaba bien, pero hay cosas suyas por la casa, el tenderete de la ropa está ahí con la colada de los huéspedes anteriores. La bañera está MUY alta, y en el baño falta espacio. Eche a faltar alguna toalla más y jabones El sofá cama, no es muy cómodo, y las almohadas son exageradamente blandas

The only good thing for this Apartment is location.

When we arrived we found a big water leak under clothes dryer in the room. Our toddler stepped in and felt down. The leak was very closed to the eletricity. The clothes dryer was full of wet clothes!!! Who leaves wet clothes in rented appartment???The room was full of humidity. The owner was informed and he didn't offer any help in this case. It was the worst expirience I ever had!!! Pillows are in very bad condition. Smell in hallway was horrible. I don't recommend it!!!

Great location, I loved being able to walk down and be already in the heart of Riga, or if I would forget something I could just go and pick it up, also the heated bathroom floor was nice.

It is absolutely impossible to sleep in that apt, if you had a night out and you're thinking of sleeping in, forget that. Everything is against you to sleep in. The windows of the apt lead down to a restaurant, and everyday I was woken up at 7 am by the sounds of a high quantity of bottles being dumped in the container, also the blinds do not block the sun at all, rooms were very bright, and the church is right next to you, and the bells ring everyday at 9 am, also if you have the windows open you are able to hear everything in the street as the apartment gets quite hot in the summer, now add all of that together and that's your nighty routine sleep. Some things to consider, the bathroom door's top hinges, the bolt keeps slipping out and dislocating the door. The couch is also very worn out, when you sit on it you feel the wooden support and it is highly uncomfortable. Each side of the bed is declining and you feel like you're falling off the whole night. There was silverfish on the bathroom floor and bathtub. The TV is only good for YouTube, can't play Netflix or any streaming service because it "needs to be updated or isn't supported".
