La literie était très bien. Salle de bain récente mais mal entretenue

Niveau propreté vraiment très limite, douche très sale, de la vieille nourriture était restée dans un placard. Frigo très sale. Canapé très mauvais état. Draps, serviettes couvre lit vétuste A notre arrivée, file d antenne arraché. Déci minimaliste. Les propriétaires devraient passer voir leur appartement à moins qu ils en ai rien à faire et pense juste à empocher les locations

Suelo sin barrer, muchos insectos a nuestra llegada, no hay microondas, enchufes en mal estado o tapados con cinta, cajones rotos, puertas que cierran mal, cables a la vista o mal rematados, maderas sueltas en las puertas.

The apartment was spacious, the area was nice and we had a pub downstairs, for food and drink.

The price is lower than places in the city centre, but it’s very easy and quick to get to the centre of Como even by walking, and there’s good supermarkets very closed by. It’s also not difficult to find a place to park, we found parking spaces on all 3 days in the same block, while in the centre it’s impossible to find parking. The place is well equipped, the bathroom is very good, well renovated and very clean. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Very good place to stay.

The kitchen utensils were not so perfectly cleaned, and the sheets and towels are a little old and used.
