Quiet area, locals live there, no tourists, big good supermarket nearby, not far from the center, 25 minutes walk, clear instructions for check-in

Dirty! It's very dusty under the bed and there was a condom lying around! HORRIBLE AIR CONDITIONER, IT'S NOISY, WATER LEAKING. Landlord has been told many times in booking comments to replace or fix the air conditioner, but he didn't pay enough attention to reviews! The apartment heated up quickly from the morning and it was impossible to sleep! Old furniture, terrible dirty sofa and bed that creaks terribly! The apartment is greatly overpriced, it's not worth it!

Excellent communication from host! Clear instructions when checking in. Very polite and constantly checking if we needed anything. Large apartment with super comfy bed. Modern kitchen which was well stocked with all the cooking utensils you’d need.

I may have missed it, but couldn’t see a bin in the kitchen.

Perfect located apartment. 10 min walk from the train station and short walk to the city. Close stores and restaurants

Need more attention to cleaning

Location,flat is not small, separate bedroom,who have conditioner,2 beds,good secure doors,locked gates,big windows with wiev to mountains,internet was good

Flat was very hot,as they have black curtains,which not help, conditioner only in bedroom,not washing machine,not Microwave Mold on bath, shower screen terrible .Worst was that owner only day when we must came asked for cancel apartment and pay him cash,which we refused,as flat was not refundable if we cancel,then we be pay double,this was terible,we already going from UK but don't know what will wait us in Como.Than he asked pay city tax,that only after that he will give us door code,but we traveling,bad internet,in finish he send code,we pay next morning,after that everything was Okey,but first day in Italy he destroyed for us,this is bad attitude,we was ready go to police
