Casa Silvana - renovated

The place is in a 5 min walk from the train station Como Borghi. The accommodation is perfect for a couple or a family with a child as there is a folding sofa. All the facilities as a cooker, coffee machine, coffee, tea and even umbrellas are provided. Тhe owner is very helpful and polite. And the price is very reasonable. I can truly recommend the place.

location is ok; reasonable walking distance to the city; very nice & good food in the pub located just downstairs! could be better explained where the apartment is located when entering the gate;

would require refreshments;flat was fresh and clean, but the old residue in bedroom does not make the use comfortable; main bed is also very uncomfortable; paying the city charges separately is ok, put procedure with PayPal as the only option, and extra charges there is not fine

We were not able to check into the room until 5pm because the cleaner was still there. No toiletries (we had to use our own emergency shampoo). The host was very apologetic and nice about the situation. The air conditioning unit is not in the living room but only in the bedroom. Overall, it was a decent stay for our budget and some circumstances were beyond the host's control. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned by the cleaner. It was also close to bus stations and local transport.

Good location and apartment size

Poor communication and management, WiFi and fridge didnt work, otherwise this apartment is a strong 7. Data reception was almost nonexistant for me as well, but there was signal near the bed.

House for ourselves Check in a bit tricky but host is in constant contact and has a tutorial on how to do a self check in, very helpful. 8 min walking from one of the como train stations. Very big house, with all the facilities. Big windows facing the mountains. Kitchen cooking facilities and cuttlery. Frige.

A bit old No blinders and the curtains were a bit weak. Expect to wake up early if youre light sensitive Hot water doesnt work very well, couldnt take a hot shower after waiting for 5 min
