We loved staying here! the family are so lovely and kind, will help you with anything you need. They have a big van that helped us transport our surfboards. the rooms are simple and clean, with AC for those hot nights! Breakfast was fresh and filling, and was really enjoyable sitting on the balcony to eat each morning. a quick walk to the turtle beach across the road, where we swam with turtles. About a 5-10 min tuk tuk into Hiriketiya- very easy.

10 min drive from Hiriketiya which is totally fine but not that close to that beach if you want to surf. Just to keep in mind.

We have been 1 week in the King Coco. We could not have been living in an other place. We felt so welcome there. The family is unbelievable friendly and helpful and did everything that we feel welcome. We've got the most delicious breakfast ever on our travel and a beautiful accommodation very close to the beach. We can recommend the place absolutely.

Such a lovely family, who do everything they can do make your stay as good as possible! We had problems with the tuktuk and the family helped us inmediately with repairing it! In addition, they also involve you in their daily lives, where I played football with Sahan in the evening with his friends

This is a great location two minutes walk from the turtle beach! On the first day we went to the beach and swam with big turtles, fed them seaweed for free. The room is very clean, bright, has air conditioning and includes breakfast, we did not know about it, but it was a pleasant surprise. The family is very friendly, they have tuk tuk and can take you for the best price. We were also immediately told what places we can visit nearby. Nearby there is a good Mahi-Mahi cafe, we ate there every day. The breakfasts are wonderful. There is a kitchen to cook, guest refrigerator, iron. It is also possible to wash things. This house has everything. Thanks to this house and its inhabitants. We were treated to tea and were very friendly.

Helpful staff that tried their best to please us. Great breakfast and cozy location! Unfortunately some things didn’t go as planned so even though we booked a room with private bathroom we got one without (someone else had gotten ”our” room when we arrived).

The Wi-Fi was really bad sometimes and the place was a bit hard to find at first. The room had no possibility to close the ventilation hatch so you could hear everything that went on outside all night long. Also there was only a wall-placed fan on one side of the bed that didn’t really do so much cooling down.

Everything, owner was really helpful and he even showed me around with his motor bike, his family was great. I loved his dog, was really friendly. I felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast was remarkable, and very much recommended!
