open plan, high ceiling, fully air conditioned, big bedrooms and clean, new kitchen. The swimming pool is a plus, overlooking the bay and old town. There's a small grocery store by the bay that really helps and fair price too. Very accomodating and friendly owners.

The property is cozy and has amazing views. It’s clean and provides all the necessary requirements for a short stay. All appliances work properly like brand new. The hostess was lovely! Quick to respond and such a friendly helpful person. There is shortcut to go down which is easy but because we had someone who couldn’t walk, we could take taxis which are super convenient as well and reasonable. My infant use to watch the boats and have dinner outside. The pool is amazing too.

The apartments are very new , they’re very light and airy with a fabulous view of Kotor bay . Immaculately clean and well equipped . Perfect !

It is quite a walk into Kotor , we would have been better with a car , but no regrets otherwise .

The flat is very nice, spacy and good facilities, most important, fantastic views. Also the pool is great and kids loved it. The host is very nice and helpful.

There is no facility to warm up the pool, which i guess is the standard there since it is so warm in the summer. If you want use the pool in May then it can be a little bit cold, but kids still loved it. There is 2 km to walk from the flat to the old town which I thought first is ok since it is a nice walk along the water, but cars were driven very fast and the road was small with no pavement for the passangers.

Great place for a stay with great view!

We love the incredible view from the apartment. The apartment is very new and clean. Their swimming pool is a bonus. We had a great stay with our young kid. The host provided us with high chair and cot which made our life a lot easier!

Almost none. You see your neighbour next door when you both use the outdoor terrace at the same time because the terrace is connected. The road linking to the house is not well paved so it is a bit tricky to drive.

New clean facilities, great host and superb harbor and old city view. Location is little bit far from the cafes and stores, so better to rent a car. All in all highly recommended

The villa is in a great location (20min from Kotor old town). Apartments are clean and spacious with wonderful views. Aleksandra is a lovely host, always available if needed. Truly recommend this stay!
