Great host who was very friendly and helpful, fantastic views of kotor bay, spotless apartment.

The pool was amazing and there were rarely other people there. The host was lovely and the apartment was clean.

The road to town to stunning but a bit scary to walk along!

Beautiful apartment, spacious and clean and well equipped, stunning views of Kotor bay and mountains. Great support from Alesandra who organised airport transfers and speed boat trip . Small well stocked supermarket 10 minute walk away. . Lovely swimming pool which always seemed quiet. A excellent place to stay with very efficient air conditioning out of the hustle and bustle of the busy town

We didn’t have a car and walked to Kotor every day , quite a long walk and busy road with no footpath in places .

Well, what can I say... we just had the perfect stay at the estate Radovic. Everything was so wonderful. We had Everything we needed in the apartment, it was clean, full of amenities, great aircon in all the rooms, I really can't fault it. Aleksandra was just the best host. Helping us sorting things out and really caring. We had few issues that needed sorting out and she was so lovely. Helping organising transport, tours, everything! Also fantastic availability to communication and perfect English, which really helped. We'll definitely be back! A welcome gift of wine, water and chocolate was heartwarming. There's a small shop not far down the hill, which had everything we needed and about 20-30 min walk to town, which really wasn't too bad, also with children. The pool was such an amazing bonus. The sea was also just down the hill, which is beautiful and easy to get to if you can climb down (and up) the hill. We definitely worked our muscles 💪 Thank you so much to Aleksandra and her dad, we miss them already 😊

Not much to say about dislikes really. I know it's a bit far from town and you need to walk but we all agreed it absolutely worth it and it was so quiet and peaceful, breathtaking view.

It was much bigger than we had expected. Home from home facilities such as washing machine and dishwasher. Great Wi-Fi and TV. The pool was great, even though it was shared we had it to ourselves most of the time.

Great pool. Very equipped apartment, clean , big kitchen. You have there anything is needed including complementary wine and sweets. The host is so kind and helpful . Location is great in a quite street with view on the sea

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. We got Bottles of wine on arrival and lovely cheesecakes. It was exactly as the description, big 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was very clean and perfect to cook. The lounge nice big L shape lvery comfortable. Nice size TV and good WiFi. The bathroom was a nice size and had large shower with hot water never runs out. We had a large balcony with a dinning table and lounge chairs. The best part of our stay is to sit on the balcony with the most amazing views. You can see all of Kotor and watch the cruise ships go past to dock. The pool was clean and perfect for our kids they loved it and had lounge chairs to Sun bake with the amazing views. The local grocer shop was close to walk, but be prepared to walk on steep steps and hills. We already new the location being on a hill so we were prepared for all the walking , We are a fit family who likes to walk so this didn’t bother us. We walked into old Kotor town roughly 2.5km 20min then caught a taxi home 6eruo. I’d walking if not for you then Be prepared to have your own car or scooter. Our host Alexandra was amazing, she is very caring and very helpful in anything we needed, Alexandra is easy and quick to communicate, she had help organise a speedboat tour and was helpful with organising a driver for other tours. We are from Australia and we stayed for 8 nights and had a comfortable and amazing time staying in this apartment. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed.
