Clean/large apartment with the most stunning view we’ve ever had

Wonderful location with an amazing view. And super happy that the house is located opposite of the city of Kotor. Both because we got a bit of shade in the afternoon and also because we had the most amazing views of the bay, looking towards Kotor. The excellent host provided us with all we needed, both regarding the apartment and the area. Got excellent recommendations for trips to take, restaurants to visit, grocery shopping etc. all we needed. Even booked a boat trip and a wonderful restaurant for us. The tip about the shortcut to the waterfront just down from the apartment was nice. Definitely recommend other visitors to go take a stroll in Perast, and jump in the water there (at the ‘beach’-end of the city) or do so in Orahovac or at Bajova Kula Beach. We visited the recommended and most amazing, very basic mussel farm and tried everything on the menu - that is three things, mussels, oysters and fish. And you get bread on the side. Nothing more. However, we must say, everything on the menu was out of this world! We are a family of four, including kids that are 9 and 11 years old. First time they had mussels (and one also tried the oyster). Truly amazing, very basic, lovely experience!! :) Also recommend the Kotor Cable Car and the Alpine Coaster. We went at 17.30 at night, walked the short route to the spectacular viewpoint and then took the Alpine Coaster (3 times, actually…) before we went down again around 20.00. Just in time to watch the beginning of the sunset. Only had a coffee up there. Did not try the restaurants. They seemed quite expensive.

The estate is a bit out of the way, and feels a bit secluded - which is ok once you get there. but you really need a car. Or a taxi. Do not recommend to walk.

Very clean, very modern, very comfortable and great view. Our hostess Alexandra was great.

Balcony a little cramped ( especially for four)and need a car/ taxi to get into Kotor.

It was away from the busy road, nice and quiet but an easy walk into town, or down to swimming spots. The pool is gorgeous with a lovely view over the water. The apartment has everything you need, lovely balcony for eating outside. Aleksandra, our host, was extremely helpful and kind. She even brought us pastries and left us a bottle of water and wine 🍷 in the fridge. Would recommend this apartment.

Spacious, clean, appropriate amenities, excellent views, great pool

New, clean and comfortable apartments with incredible views. Very serene. Extremely helpful manager, who gave us lots of good suggestions for restaurants, parking etc. Loved the pool!

Nothing. You probably need to have a car (and traffic is busy throughout Kotor) but there are taxis available too.

The property was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed as a family. The pool was an added bonus and the views from the property were beautiful.

Excellent stay, away from the bustle of main city Kotor yet well located. All facilities available and Aleksandra was extremely responsive to all queries we had.
