Right across the street from Lawson, which was very convenient to pick up anything you needed.

Not much in English, so there was no help with what to see or where to go in Odawara.

It’s a spacious studio apartment. You can do light cooking as there’s stove, pots/pans and washing machine and also Microwave. No dryer though. The Owner also provided their special blend coffee beans that comes with manual grinder and v60 (drip coffee equipment). Really love this bit! Reasonably close to station and shops. Family Mart right in front of the entrance. Oh, there’s also CD player + some CDs to play.

Due to the close proximity with Family Mart, it comes with slight noise every now and then. They provided ear plugs though. Having said that, it doesn’t bother us. There’s a TV but you can’t watch any TV channel.

Very good location and quiet. Enough space.

4th floor no elevator. Stairs and hallway were dirty. Toilet without a washlet. No bedside table. Couch was floor-level….

The accommodation had a self-check in option. Instructions were sent to us in advance. Everything worked well. It’s a cute little place with a convenience store on the other side of the road. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night despite the bar downstairs. There building is located close to the train station.

Instructions were given clearly and clear pictures guiding the way to office and room.

Room quite small. And with bidets and warm seatings common in all toilets in Japan whether private or public, it is unfortunate there aren't such features in the toilet. It's a drawback.

Good directions. Some instructions were a bit too small to see on the phone. When you go to the Tippy cafe one of the staff will take you the accommodation which it's close by and give you the keys and key code. Nice area full of food places and shops. There's a cheap Ramen Hidakaya restaurant, 2nd street on the East exit side.
