We loved our accommodation in Kyoto! This apartment provided the perfect base for our trip, offering a great mix of comfort and convenience. The location was fantastic—just a convenient walk from Kyoto Station and an adjacent mall, giving us the freedom to easily pop back to the apartment and head out again. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious for our family. We appreciated the amenities, which included three rooms, two toilets, two bathroom sinks, and a shower and bathtub! The living area was lovely, providing great options for unwinding, whether we were relaxing on the sofa or gathered around the dining table. The WiFi was strong throughout our stay.

Loved the location close to the station and buses. The apartment was good, clean and spacious. The beds were a bit too hard for us, we would have appreciated softer beds. 2 toilets were fabulous. Grest restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

A few more cooking utensils were needed. Spatula to turn eggs! Hand soap would be great. Salt, pepper, sugar, teabags, coffee should be staple items. A washing machine and dryer is a must for travellers and we missed having one. Softer beds.

The place is in a very convenient place . Close to station, restaurants and some tourist attractions. Clean & tidy , hosts were always assisted very quick. Our favourite part is plenty of room for everyone. We loved the traditional bedroom with low beds & the dining room with tatami mats. It was so good to experience Japan. Perfect for a family holiday access. If we ever come back to Kyoto , we definitely book the Hasunoha. Highly recommend for anyone. Thank you

Nothing- something I didn’t realize is that in order to have hot water, you need to turn on the water heater.

Location was good, close to Kyoto station

Some of the beds were really hard and there were only mirrors in the bathroom and no full length mirrors. Thanks makes it hard for a family of 5 to get ready in the mornings.

Size and location Perfect for a family of 4 Comfy beds

Nothing it was perfect A washing machine would be a bonus but there was instructions to a local laundry

Very spacious with separate bedrooms and two toilets. Heaters worked well. Very clean. Excellent location.

The bed in the second room was a futon style pad and was exceptionally hard. The person who slept in here had a very sore back after 3 nights.
