Fully equipped appartment with 3 bedrooms. Good location. Very roomy. Office provided luggage service. That was very helpful.

Tatami had only one thin layer of cushion. That was not comfortable. Checkin in at a different location 30 minutes brisk walk away.

Excellent location, within walking distance to Kyoto Station. Plenty of eateries & convenience store nearby. Rooms are clean and comes with a living area with dining table and kitchenette which is wonderful for family.

Check-in process is odd as we have to walk 20mins(opposite direction from the apartment) away from Kyoto Station. Do allow total 1 hour for the check-in process, including walking to-and-fro from Kyoto Station. This is the only thing i didn't like about this accommodation, otherwise it's excellent.

This is position A if you're exploring Kyoto and doing day trips to places like Himeji, Osaka or Nara (all of which I would recommend). The apartment is a good size, we were three adults and two kids, so we needed the space and it worked well for us. Tip: book restaurants in the area in advance if eating out in the evening, they get crazy busy every night of the week.

The check in process is INSANE! I had to walk 10mins, in the rain, in the opposite direction from the station simply to get a code for the key box that could've been messaged to me. Ridiculous. Thank goodness I went alone and without baggage, if I'd had the kids and my elderly father with me, it would've been a total nightmare.

Centrally located. A short walk from Kyoto station and surrounded by many eateries. Very clean. The best part is the quick responses and willingness to help. There was an error in their listing which indicated 4 bedrooms and 3 single beds but there was only 3 bedrooms and 1 single bed. A few of my group has back problem and will find it hard to sleep on a futon. They came late at night to set up another bed in the third bedroom! And even sent some snacks as apologies for the mistake. Really appreciated that.
