It's spacious for family of 8 The beds are comfy and it's location is very strategic The owner is very helpful and responsive in answering my questions Overall, it's such an enjoyable stay

We love to cook but if there's a rice cooker, it would be perfect

Good location. Wonderful apartment. And it could have self check in. That will be much easier for us instead of go to the reception place.

The location is excellent, close to Kyoto Station. There are restaurants and convenient stores around. The apartment is spacious and clean.

It would be better if washing machine is available.

It was in a good location, close to the station, shops and food places. The place was comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful when we arrived as the key was missing but they rectified that quickly.

There was a lot of damage on walls and windows that have not been repaired.

Was missing few basic things, like tea bags, milk pouches when you just enter a new place. No cupboard storage.

The property is ultimately clean and tidy and the location is pretty close to the Kyoto Station. I love everything about this housing, especially that it is located on the first floor, and everything we need is so close nearby. There’s a beautiful large temple located exactly next to this house! You will love everything about it for sure!
