Well appointed, clean and quiet. Close to Gunpost Cafe which was a pickup point for tours.

Much darker than photos, no direct natural light. Interaction with management company was impersonal. Bond of €250 was excessive and takes 10 days to refund- ridiculous.

Issue with toilet sink from day 1 An issue with air-condition water flow to Neighboor’s who nock our door at night time getting us upset and afraid. A water link noticed also to washing machine area

HABÍA TE Y CAFE DE CORTESÍA, LO QUE ES DE AGRADECER, PERO ECHE DE MENOS LA KETEL O MICROONDAS. A LA LLEGADA HABÍA EN LA PUERTA VARIAS BOLSAS DE BASURA. IMPORTANTE DESTACAR QUE EL NUMERO 106 PARECE QUE NO SE CORRESPONDE BIEN EN GOOGLE MAP. EL TAXI ME DEJÓ A LAS 1.45 AM EN EL OTRO EXTREMO DE LA CALLE Y TUVE QUE CAMINAR SUBIENDO CUESTAS CON LA MALETA. ACONSEJARÍA SI NO ES POSIBLE SOLUCIONARLO, AVISAR A LOS QUE SE HOSPEDEN, LO AGRADECERÁN MUCHO. CUANDO IBA CAMINANDO CON GOOGLE MAP ME PASO IGUAL, ENVIÁNDOME AL OTRO EXTREMO DE LA CALLE, POR LO QUE PUDE COMPROBAR QUE NO ERA EL TAXISTA EL QUE SE EQUIVOCÓ.

Comfortable spaces, the bedroom , the kitchen and living room. Clean and tidy space.

The bed in the bedroom was narrow for two people and the mattress was not comfortable, it was old technology, which is unacceptable for the level of the apartment.. The balcony is very narrow and small, has rusty railings and is essentially non-existent.

Location

I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. First, the staff sent us the wrong location map, which caused our taxi to drop us off at the wrong place. As a result, we had to walk for several hours around the city with our suitcases. Even after informing the staff that we couldn’t find the address, they sent us the same incorrect map again. The second issue was regarding the deposit. At check-out, I asked for my deposit to be refunded, and the staff said it would be returned within 7 days. However, it wasn’t. I followed up 8 days after check-out, and only then did they begin the refund process, stating that it could take up to another 10 days. This experience was stressful and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this property to other travelers.
