Myrtle Suite - Authentic Valletta Experience

The Myrtle Suites location is ideally placed in a quiet corner of Valletta just below Hastings Gardens and just a short walk of around 10 mins to the main bus terminal serving all areas of Malta . It couldn't be more handily placed for those eating out and all the abundance of restaurants in the centre of town and indeed just around the corner . As everything in the apartment is pretty much smart home controlled things can be adjusted as needs be by messaging if needed owners . e.g. colder temp from air conditioning. It was amply supplied with the equipment you'd expect for self catering and the welcome supplies on day one saved having to immediately go out for essentials . The home made Marmalade was a delight , and the replenishment of filtered water enable us to ensure water bottles were readily refilled . The apartment etc was spotlessly tidy and everything was clearly marked regarding recycling and disposing of waste . whilst we didn't really watch Netflix shows that may well prove a bonus for some. As a result we thoroughly enjoyed our time on Malta and felt at home in apt.

Loved the location, loved the traditional Maltese apartment and the decor. We appreciated the welcome pack of essentials for breakfast and filtered water always available.

Super location with easy street parking and parking in a free public lot around corner. A short walk to restaurants, national museum of archeology, cathedral, and knight's palace. A beautiful place, charmingly decorated, good bedroom and bathroom with plenty of hot water. A very nice and attentive owner.

The kitchen and sitting room combination is quite small. Little counter space makes cooking difficult and washing up awkward. The heating is on a timer, so we were a bit cold in the mornings.

Great location in Valletta for exploring the city. Authentic feel to the apartment added to our Maltese experience. Hosts provided drinks & snacks on arrival, which were much appreciated. I would definitely recommend to others wanting to stay in Valletta.

Maybe need some new/softer bath towels.

the location: it was very accesible and we have a parking lot really close; the amenities: you have everything that you need in a suite plus refillable water bottle, couple of snacks; the terrace: really nice and this was what sold us to this place and the hosts’s generosity and openess:we’ve received great info+recommendations

This apartment feels like home the minute one enters. It's been made with love towards the details and has a slightly eclectic and very welcoming old charm. In addition to the amazing location, one has more than needed in every room - from cooking to reading a book over a cup of coffee after you shower - it's all there to help you arrive at the present moment, wind down and just be. The hosts are always there if needed - warm, friendly and helpful!

Amazing place, in the city center, all the main attractions are within walking distance. But at the same time it is a quiet place, there is a magnificent park nearby, with a view of the bay and the central fountain of Valletta. Mark and Raisa are very hospitable, the apartment has everything you need. I recommend everyone to visit there, a room for two. If I am in Valletta again, I will stay only in this unforgettable place.

Beautiful location, close to everything but far enough away for some quiet in the evenings. Some bread, fruit, homemade marmalade, butter, tea and coffee and daily provided filtered water was a nice touch! Hosts were very accommodating in allowing us to store our luggage until our later flight, free of charge!

There is very little natural light. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, we took shifts on the couch. The solution for cooling the apartment was to leave the window, with provided mosquito net, open... However mosquitos still got in and we were bitten through the night.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was beautifully designed and incredibly Instagram-friendly, with every detail thoughtfully considered. We especially appreciated the snacks upon our arrival, which added a sweet touch to the experience. Thank you for making our stay in Malta so wonderful!
