Myrtle Suite - Authentic Valletta Experience

The host was very friendly and helpful and we appreciated the generous welcome pack. It was spotless and spacious and well equipped. Great location close to the old town and easy to get to all attractions. Easy walk to catch airport bus - 2 euros to and from airport.

I had a lovely stay! The apartment is spacious, clean, charming and well equipped. It's in a great location - the street itself is quiet, but it's within old town Valletta so many sights and restaurants are in short walking distance. Martin and Raisa were great hosts and everything went really smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place!

The location is great, a few minutes away from the main streets and from the bus terminal. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The kitchenette is well equipped, and we were welcomed with a basket of a few things to make our arrival easier: coffee, tea, oat milk, jam, bread and cereal. It felt like we were at home, in Valleta. The communication with Raisa and Martin, the hosts, was easy and fast using Whatsapp, and after 3 nights they offered to change our towels. The apartment has a small patio that was our favorite spot for morning coffee and breakfast.

Malta is extremely humid in September, so the apartment can get a little stuffy (the dehumidifier and fan helped a lot, but it's something you can't escape...).

Thoughtfully furnished and decorated throughout. Superb location. Quiet. No AC but good ventilation and effective fan. Great kitchen for self-catering. Gracious hosts.

I loved everything about this apartment. It was beautifully renovated and furnished with charm and the location was excellent. On the edge of the old town so it was close to everything but in a very quiet street. Hosts, Raisa and Martin were very welcoming and happy to help in any way they could. They even included a welcome package of wholesome local food items. The apartment and location were perfect for me as a solo female traveller but would equally suit a couple. I highly recommend it. There was nothing not to like.

Superbe appartement: tastefully decorated, cosy, comfortable. The patio is such a plus. Splendid located very close to the center of te city and the bus station and stil a very quiet neighbourhood. Hastings park is just around the corner and is a lovely place to enjoy the sunset at the fountain in the coolness of a tree. The hosts are very caring - we loved the basic pakkage with food and drinks in the fridge when we arrived, the little chocolates at our bed. So attentive. We recommend. Definitely. And will come back again if we would visit Malta again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was quirky and comfortable and our host Raisa was helpful and generous with thoughtful little extras. Location was ideal for exploring Valletta and surrounds. Highly recommend.

Martin and Raisa’s Myrtle Suite was tranquil and welcoming. They provide thoughtful items for snacks, for tea and coffee, especially the delicious home made marmalade! I may return one day.
