Condos with ocean view pool in Av 10 & 60 street

The appartment is simply put amazing. The atmosphere in the building and the neighborhood is great. The place is super easily accessible and you even feel safe walking on 10 avenida at night. The staff is super friendly and eager to help you in any way. The owners of the building regularly checked in with me if i needed anything, which made me feel cared for. I also loved the view. The green strip in front of the beach is rare to find in and around playa and some great beaches are a short walk away. I couldn't have stayed at a more lovely place. I highly recommend going here, I certainly will be back!

Netflix on the smart tv was not functioning. I couldn't log in.

Located away from the noise of the Quinta Avenue, but still walking distance from everything one needs. The pool on the roof is great for hot afternoons. Room is spacious and balcony is really nice - perfect for 2 people. WiFi is great (even though for some reason it has a bad grade on the overview here on Booking)

Too much sunlight entered the apartment during the morning due to improper curtains. The apartment had a router that was removed therefore we didn’t have internet

I chose this place for the quieter location north of the main tourist area, and because of the rooftop pool, which was very nice. Not far to beach access either at CTM or calle 70-something. This condo was clean and had friendly staff at the reception desk. It felt very secure. Wifi was fast. Water automat is literally around to corner to fill up a gallon for 5 pesos. I would stay there again.

There were some barking dogs at night, but that´s to be expected. The people within the building itself were very quiet and respectful. The info about the codes to check-in could have come earlier, rather than when I was about to board my flight, but things would have been fine as someone was at the desk when I arrived around 11pm that night.

Very cute design, great bed and pillows, very nice balcony with comfy chairs, all basics provided. The location is great - 15 minutes to the beach and a couple of blocks to Quinta Avenida's - but it's more quiet area. It's nice to see the sea from the balcony and rooftop.

The kitchen and bathroom are equipped only minimally. The swimming pool is very small. There's an unpleasant smell near the sofa (not sure if it's the sofa or the carpet). It's great that there's TV with Netflix but it was hard to navigate.

It is a great accommodation, cozy and welcoming. The host was very nice and friendly. Everything was clean and well organized. We enjoyed cooking there, as the kitchenette was well equipped. The balcony was also cozy as we were working at our laptops in the evenings. The location is overall quite far from 5th Avenue noise.

Loved the rooftop pool and the view. Had the pool to myself most of the time. Plenty of lounge chair. The room was perfect for my week's stay with lots of storage for my things. Spent a lot of time at the pool or on the balcony relaxing and people watching.
