I did not like anything. that this place offered. so I have nothing. to add here. but booking. requires a sentence minimum. so here I am. I liked nothing about the place. would not visit again. 0/10

they are. super unresponsive hosts. a money grab for sure. not customer centered. would never return.

For me it has the best location in Playa del Carmen, it is 5 min walk to beach 72, there are many food places at good prices around the condo like 2-5 mins walking. It was close enough to the 5th Avenue 20 min walking I think, so I didn’t listen the music at night, also the area was very quiet and peaceful. The view of the beach from the pool was amazing!! The host responses very quickly, it is the best host I've ever spoken to.

It has no parking but it actually didn’t bothered me, because like I said the neighborhood was very quiet.

"Great apartment. Terrible check in and communication."

The apartment is excellent: good location, easy free parking and good restaurants within a 10-minute walk.

I highlight the bad check in - we didn't receive the code for the box with the keys, we didn't know the apartment number and the cell phone number on the owner's booking was outdated. We were helped by the concierge of the building. Cleaning could be better.

Nice and clean. Location was good, a nice walk to the center, quiet at night. The owner was nice.

The bed was not good. It was small and very uncomfortable. This is the only bad thing about this place.

"We would not recommend this place especially when there is no communication about unacceptable situations"

- We arrived to a door that was basically broken and the room had a lot of ants in it - As the operator was not in the building we could not talk to him about this situation and decided to leave the place because we did not feel safe as also the building had no security - We informed the accommodation about this situation and have not gotten a response for a week now

Netflix did not work, 2 local channels only sometimes, with poor quality
