Condos with ocean view pool in Av 10 & 60 street

The room was clean for the most part and had what was needed. Cute design and spacious. Near the best beach (72) and close walk to 5 Avenue and many good restaurants and grocery store. Nice pool and roof top deck. Near everything but in the quieter area.

Need ear plugs, dogs barking at night. Staff didn’t speak English and there are many rules; don’t put out anything on the patio to dry, big fines if you do! Owner ignored our several requests to help navigate Netflix. No cleaning provided but had cleaning supplies so we did it ourselves. Place needs more than hooks to hang things to dry as you can’t use patio.

The people at the reception were wonderful. And my concerns were responded to right away.

I would have preferred to have a regular sized table. That you sit in with a regular chair instead of the high chairs.

Good communication with the owners, spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants and entertainment, kind receptionists.

The location was OK. However, be aware that there are building works going on outside the property. The bed was also comfortable.

The ceiling fan and AC remote did not work. The bathroom was dirty, but the rest of the apartment was cleaned to an OK standard. I requested the bathroom to be cleaned, but I was ignored, so I vacated the property.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this accommodation. The kitchen utensils were dirty, the water from the rain shower barely flowed and the rain shower was falling apart, and the drainage system was incapable of properly handling the water. Bathroom was dirty. Additionally, the air conditioning couldn't be turned off, making the room uncomfortably cold. Throughout the night, there was incessant barking from dogs outside, contributing to the overall noise disturbance. Despite raising these concerns with the owner, there was no acknowledgment or resolution. I escalated my complaint to the Booking.com service, but even they received no response from the owner. This lack of communication and effort to address the issues has left me extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience. I would strongly advise against choosing this accommodation for anyone seeking a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Close to beach, and 5th Street, lots of local stores to buy your required food.

The big grocery store is a bit of a walk

Nice new apartment, very light and airy. Great location close to 5th Avenue but away from the noise. Good free parking around the property. Great staff, always helpful with any requests even organising tours. Really good value for money. We would stay here again.

No negatives.
