Condos with ocean view pool in Av 10 & 60 street

It was very clean and nicely decorated. Everythin we needed was there; coffee machine (and coffee/sugar!🙏), clean towels, tv, plates, clean pool (although a little small) with a nice view, security, etc.

Issues Noticed During the Stay: 1. Bed Comfort: One side of the bed was too worn out, causing my hips to sink uncomfortably. This led to restless nights and waking up feeling tired. 2. Shower Water Pressure and Heat: The water pressure was quite low, and it took 1-2 minutes for hot water to start flowing. Once it did, the water was very hot, which was okay for most days, but on one occasion, after being caught in heavy rain and feeling chilled, the delay was inconvenient. 3. Ceiling Fan: The ceiling fan was not functional, though the A/C worked. 4. Drying Clothes Policy: We received a message stating that drying clothes on the balcony would result in a fine. This policy was particularly frustrating as it forced us to use damp clothes and towels. Additionally, we noticed a persistent humidity smell in the apartment, which might have been exacerbated by this rule. It felt unreasonable to prioritize the facade’s appearance over the comfort and basic needs of residents. --- Suggestions for Improvement: Consider replacing or flipping the mattress to ensure even wear for better comfort. Improve water pressure and address the hot water delay. Repair the ceiling fan for additional ventilation options. Reevaluate the policy on drying clothes to prioritize residents’ comfort over aesthetics, or provide alternative solutions like a dryer.

I liked the location, it was close enough to walk to the center and the restaurants and the beach was near, but it wasn’t in the middle of the most hectic touristy area. The apartment all in all was clean when we arrived and the check in went smoothly with the host. They checked in on us via message during our stay if we needed anything, which was nice. Rooftop pool area was also nice. Good air conditioning in the room.

Toilet was not working properly, it took a long time to fill the tank so the flushing was a bit difficult. The dishes in the apartment looked a bit dirty but we didn’t need to use them so it didn’t bother us.

Wonderful neighborhood with many local restaurants nearby, sunny, clean, nice balcony, beautiful locak beach just a few blocks away. Host was helpful when Netflix wasn’t working

Water pressure in the shower & shower sink is basically non existent. If you like a good shower, that’s not a place for you. But also - it’s Mexico, so it’s quite typical.

The building was mostly quiet. There was a lot of noise from a bar on Saturday night and I needed to use earplugs but otherwise didn’t have issues with noise. I like that this place is off the beaten path and not by the tacky tourist areas of 5th Ave. The apartment is updated and nice and the sofa bed was a really comfy futon mattress, not one of those horrible pull-out sofas. It was just as good as a bed. This was a great space for coeds who aren’t in a relationship to share bc 1) the sofa bed and 2) the bathroom sink and shower and toilet can all be used independently without locking someone out of the bathroom.

Terrible water pressure in the shower and the hot water didn’t last long at all. I ended up not washing my (long) hair for 4 days or my shower would have taken so long there would have been no warm water for my cousin. The property owner didn’t tell us until 24 hours after check-in that we would be fined $150 (USD) for hanging anything on the balcony with no warnings (I was able to remove our things before the building property management saw them). This information was apparently posted in the hotel lobby and on the back of the apartment door but we never saw it. It needs to be listed in the property rules and there should be a sign for guests on the door to the balcony.

Close to beach and restaurants, clean, nice rooftop view, stylish decor.

The address is wrong, took me to a tattoo parlor, and I had to find the hidden front door on a completely different street. Getting into apartment took more than an hour because the host wasn't reachable and then didn't explain how to access the digital device properly. There are more than 29 "no" rules and fines, which the host did not tell me before I arrived at the property. If you don't separate trash you'll be fined, but host only provided one trashcan and no extra bags. The scratched up pot and pan and the disgusting stained kitchen sponge were not usable. The A/C blows directly on the bed, so I had to sleep sideways or turn it off and be hot to avoid it. The pool is not heated, so not really usable. No fan in the shower, so entire place feels damp after using. Host was difficult to reach and never checked in with me for a week.

I don’t even know where to start with this horrible experience I had here. This is the first time in my life I have been treated like this and I’m absolutely horrified. It’s a longer story but they accused me of making 2 scratches with the bike I had rented in the elevator. The old lady in the reception had told me to me careful to use the bike because someone had made some scratches with their bike. So I said of course and wouldn’t use the elevator anymore. The day after I get message from the host accusing me of making those scratches because the SAME lady that had told me to be careful had now told the host that I had made the scratches !! I couldn’t believe the lies and accusations and I was taken aback from the lies and how false that lady at the reception had been. She had even tried to “offer” to help to find a solution and had continued to tell a complete lie. I still don’t understand why, but I guess they had to blame someone. I even asked for my money back for the next 2 nights because I didn’t want to stay there anymore, but never heard anything. So so bizarre and seems like they will try anything to scam you with a fine. Besides that, the place was dirty and the kitchen cloth was discusting. And refurbishing the place making loud drilling noises. Dave yourself from this place

I chose this stay based on the reviews and it did not disappoint! It is well located, just outside the busy tourist center (but still within walking distance). What I especially liked is the presence of more authentic bars (try cevice corazon) and the proximity to the most beautiful beach in the area (playa 72/88). The apartment is no longer brand new as in the photos, but still equipped with all comforts and amenities. The roof terrace with swimming pool is very neat and the view is fantastic. Check-in went very smoothly and there is free parking in front of the door. Value for money this is a fantastic choice, I would definitely stay here again.
