Roof top was beautiful but you can’t sit in the sun and see the ocean. You have to pick. Location was good.

There were some issues with how the room was cleaned before I arrived. They did quickly solve most of it. The lock on the balcony wouldn’t lock. It wasn’t addressed so I had to take a stool and put it on its side and put it in the frame of the door to feel safe. I was on the first floor. The microwave wouldn’t work when I tried to use it but would go off over and over all days and night if I forgot to unplug it. This was also mention. I was told someone would come and have a look and not one came. I was there for a week.

Hubo problema con nuestro departamento y nos cambiaron a otro. En el que estuvimos genial, piscina privada con tumbonas genial.

Estuvimos 8 días con las mismas toallas de la piscina y del baño… cuando llegamos las pilas de la puerta de entrada no funcionaban no cambiaron nos dieron la llave y listo. En las escaleras para subir a la planta de arriba el mármol estaba roto y no vinieron a arreglar ni siquiera. El apartamento de 10 pero la atención no fue muy buena…

Het was erg schoon en ruim. Het was ook erg mooi en het zwembad was top.

Bed is short and thin, not practical for a good nights sleep. Dogs barking all the time, reception speaks no English and isn’t able to help anyway you have to contact the owner. Shower was broken and they fixed it but told us the technician would be in around 3pm so we waited around and the owner ended up turning up around 5pm to replace shower head so wasted a lot of our time waiting around

The property was well appointed, new and modern however it wasn’t the unit we booked. I appreciated that it was larger but we were on the lobby level which was noisy and we didn’t have a view.

When we arrived they switched us to the building next door again on the lobby level which was noisy with people coming and going and the people in the office in the lobby. There was a flood of water in the floor. I reached out to the management who told us they would deal with it the next day. They did not, we did not hear from them the entire time we were there. We had to clean up the water every day.
