The apartment block is pretty quiet for Mexico as it’s a little out of the way in a street less residential. check in was very easy and And the room very funcional with kitchenette etc. Two very cute and friendly dogs on the premises.

As many of the reviews said, there is no hot water whatsoever. Even the sink didn’t have the hot water pipe connected so I’m in doubt if hot water even is even available. It was just a brief stop in my travels so I didn’t need anything lux just basic necessities : a bed I can sleep in and a quick shower before leaving in the morning. Half of that was missing and when I wrote to the hosts to tell them there was no apology just denial and saying there was no report of no hot water in my room. But I came back from walking around Tijuana in the morning for hours to shower quickly before going to get a flight, I didn’t have time to go complain and mess around and wait for them to fix it (especially as it didn’t seem to even be possible anyway). There was also some construction going on in the apartment above that for some reason resulted in a waterfall from the balcony above my room which woke me up early in the morning, continued for hours and was still going when I left hours later. It’s shame as with a little bit more care the complex had the potential to be great for a simple place to stay. If it wasn’t for these problems and the attitude I received when reporting them I probably would’ve given 5/5 stars.

The room had no electricity and I had to leave the room and asked for a refund. They only returned half my money back.

Nice and clean room. Good location. Perfect for a short stay.

The price. It had kitchen and privacy and was good all around, but the price and location got my attention the most.

Honestly little things came up, but price was great, had full kitchen , location walking distance from malls and not that far from city center. Nothing really worth mentioning, they assisted anytime. 9.5/10

The room was cold y there was no heater in the room. They need to install heaters in the winter.
