No hot water, bed too small, no parking, bed too old felt wires, bad smell.

Location was excellent. The staff are helpful, quick to respond, and provided me with anything I requested ( Toilet Paper, Coffee Filters, Pan for cooking, etc) The building is being fixed so outside the room is a bit rough but inside the room is 10/10 and Staff was 10/10! On Tijuana standards, it's a great catch for the price post-pandemic!

Everything met expectations or exceeded. Outside the rooms are little rough since they are updating the building but this did not effect my stay. Everything was great.

I liked the fact that it had a little kitchen for when we needed to heat something up in the microwave or keep our drinks cold in the little fridge , also loved the location there were a couple markets at walking distance as well a coffee shop next to Sorianas .

I didnt like that the bathroom Window wouldnt close . One of the night there were a couple roaches in the room , probably came in from the Window. Other than that everything was good.

The bed was full of hair. After changing the sheets the second time, we were offered a different room. The 2nd lacked adequate towels, toilet paper, utensils, etc. We had a coffee maker but no cups or coffee, no plates and one fork for use in kitchen. No wash cloths, however there were towels. No dish washing liquid. The Shower never got hot. There were a lot of things missing but we made what we could work.

Our room had a comfortable king bed, TV, kitchenette (with some pans, plates, cutlery, etc) and small fridge. The location is centric. You can walk to Downtown or the Zona Rio. This is a safe place to stay since the entire room area is controlled by a door with an access code.

The area surrounding the property is a bit scruffy. Do not be surprised if you see trash on the streets, broken sidewalks, abandoned cars and such. This is not a reflection of the property but of the city as a whole. The property managers/owners have dogs. During our stay, they barked several times at night making it sometimes difficult to fall sleep.
