The location is good

The hostess never contacted me to tell me how to access to the apartment or any other info about the reservation. When we arrived we found some bugs in the bed. I was very dark at night. The sheets didn’t match with the size of the bed, they were too small. If you turn the lights off you can’t keep the fun on, everything tuns on/off with the same switch.

Comfy beds, location not too far from downtown and safe area

A lot of baby cockroach things in the room, didn’t see any staff members on reception for the whole stay

I liked the accessibility, location and ease of in and out

I there were roaches in my room

No a.c. on room, for the price was very expensive bathroom were very small, tv don't have regular channels only roku tv.checking time we're until 3 pm I asked if by any chance we could check in a little earlier they answer was NO!!

Clean and friendly people, the manager is so so nice and warm hearted
