Private rooftop amazing city /ocean view and private pool/lounge as well as amazing common area rooftop. Good layout spacious studio room with balcony. Enough space to organize belongings. Very well equipped kitchen Altho it’s very small. Best if there was a toaster machine. Also It’s best if there was a safe. The front desk person Roberto was very pleasant. Owner? David communicated fairly via booking com msg system.

Cleaning inside bathroom wasn’t done, spotted many hairs from previous guests , floor around kitchen was sticky. Coffee maker /IH cooktop without English instructions I couldn’t use it. Booking com site showed completely wrong area of accommodation location. Quite noisy from 5th Ave till 3am so couldn’t sleep at night. Chk out time is 1h earlier than hotels in Playa. Couldn’t know the exact address till 1h prior to chk in time. I was expecting to stay around Paseo mall since booking com site was showing location : 10th Ave near the Cozumel ferry terminal , I was hoping to stay in that area which is much quieter from 5th Ave noise at night but this condo location was actually right on 5th Ave /c14

Spectacular view of the beach. Amenities like sauna and jacuzzi were and added benefit.

The windows are not sound proof, super noisy. Do not recommend if trying to get rest. The hot water does not last, if two people are showering. The destination fee is for use of the facilities. Should be explained of how to reserve and set times.
