Oceanview Infinity Pool, Steps to 5th Ave & Beach

Nice rooftop! Location is great.

The noise from outside and from the rooftop. My room was right under the rooftop, and I could hear loud bangs from the gym, dumbbells dropping on the floor and chairs moving around.

Better communication with the host. Being able to close the blinds and a few other things like scissors and a lighter and maybe a toaster.

Everything. The Perfect Place in name and experience. I wanted to stay another week but unfortunately they were fully booked. The best rooftop pool in area. The best rooftop in area. Great view of ocean. The apartment was amazing. AC throughout building. Very quick to respond to any problems in apartment. Great location.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the Perfect Place.

Clean and amenities good.

The choice of apartment was not ours but a substitute. Did not like the ground floor as overlooked by everyone coming to lift, hardly no daylight in the apartment.

Great location. Pool and facilities were excellent.

Check in process confusing. But figured out you need to check in using their website. Security not very helpful for checkin.

Convenient location, comfortable room with great kitchenette. loved the roof top deck & pool.

An additional blanket was needed, the AC was challenging to get to a comfortable temp. Also a couple extra hand/ face towels would have been appreciated as we stayed 6 nights. The bathroom is really tiny. Aside from these minor issues we really enjoyed our stay.

The location was amazing. Everything was walking distance from the clubs to all the restaurants and even a gym 2 streets down
