Oceanview Infinity Pool, Steps to 5th Ave & Beach

I love the location. Its a central location and close to everything. The facilities are super clean and the view from the rooftop is incredible. As a solo traveler I felt incredibly safe here and the property is secure.

There is construction going on right next to it at the moment but the noise was not overwhelming.

NOTHING, I want devolution at least half of my money, was terrible experience, the owner never answered me per 2 days, i struggle to do check in per 3 hours, it broke my experience plus the cleaning fee was same high as the stayment, its a lie and scam cuase the stayment rate was 600 pesos and they never mentiosn till they charge you are other 60 dolars between cleaning and fees, 40 dolars just for cleaning.

The Property Management is very difficult to deal with. They seem to forget that they work for the customer to ensure they are happy. There is currently construction happening in front of the building. If you are forced into one of the units facing this construction, you have very little recourse and 4-6 hour battle with the PM and booking.com ahead of you. There should also be consistency across all units. Some balcony furniture is horrible and other units have NO furniture at all. Great place but the PM needs to smarten up!

The location and view from the rooftop were amazing. The, bed is also extremely comfortable and the overall feel of the apartment was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

The room wasn’t ready for 3pm check-in. I had to wait until almost 5pm to get access. While guests/residence on the rooftop do not follow the no smoking signs. I tried to get security notified, though in the 1 hour I was sitting there, they did not show.

Charge for early check in when there’s nowhere to leave your bags and this was not highlighted before we arrived
