Oceanview Infinity Pool, Steps to 5th Ave & Beach

Everything was nice except for the fact that we did not have electricity for one-third of the time we spent there. The customer service from the reception was excellent, but the apartment owners' service was really poor. They ignored us and were not helpful for more than two days. Initially, some apartments lost electricity due to a technical issue, and they should have moved us to another apartment with electricity. On the last day, there was a power outage in the entire street due to strong winds, which is understandable as it's beyond control. However, the previous electricity issues could have been easily resolved, but they simply ignored us. We asked for a discount due to these inconveniences, but they haven't responded so far, leaving us quite disappointed. Overall, the place is nice with a large pool and sauna.

Probably the best location in Playa. Extremely clean and new, great pool with nice ocean views.

Check-in info is given only 1h before the check-in with I found strange and can be complicated if you don't know the address in advance.

Is super clean, tidy and the location was fabulous just few steps from the 5th avenue. Is quiet, we were on 2nd floor. We didn’t use the pool. You have a small kitchen that is perfect to make some breakfast in the morning. Is a place that we will come back

Honestly this place was fantastic! Great location between Av 5 & 10 as well as a very central cross street well located for the 'happenings' on 5th street. Check in process was super simple, and concierge extremely friendly. They allowed me to arrive ~4hrs early. They were able to hold my baggage while I was able to enjoy the pool on the rooftop until the room was ready. Well equipped gym on the rooftop as well as a very, very nice infinity pool, plenty of lounge chair options, hot tub, and sauna. They also have two toilets and showers on the rooftop which is very nice. Room was very spacious, and full kitchenette including full fridge, kettle, stovetop, and pots. Large TV, strong wifi connection. Bathroom was great as well, very spacious shower with fantastic water pressure.

Unfortunately I forgot my shaver. I contacted the company to send me the shaver to Cancun and got super quickly an answer. Unfortunately, my bank needed the address though of the landlord / company in order that I can send money via a transfer in Mexico... This address was never shared with me, so I could not pay for the dispatch. So I could not get my shaver...

This is addressed more to Booking.com. This property is NOT as advertised on your website. The property I booked was to be on 10th Avenida Sur, not 14 Calle. Had I known it was on 14th street, I would never have booked it. Regarding where i was on 14th. Issue with safe - addressed by host. Toilet not flushing - addressed by host, but slow. Toilet overflowing - not addressed. Apartment was not sufficiently outfitted for our stay, towels, kitchenware etc.(not even garbage bags available) Too much noise from AC units on next building- could not use balcony. Patio doors not soundproofed. Just to end the stay, there was NO water on the last day until around 9:30 am.
