The location at city center, the residence not crowded. very easy to collect key.

The building only have 1 convenient shop, no other option. The building not very good layout. U need go down return key and go back up to parking take car. Orelse, if u take car first, the parking come out straight to main road, no way to turn. had to u turn at the traffic light, damn long traffic light to wait, and then still had to go round the building to get to the key collection area. stupid design. The unit is dirty, kitchen sink disgusting, bathroom dirty. utensils and kitchen item, enough only for 1 people need to eat by hand, towel only for 4 people, pillow not good, sleep at the window not fit tall people. Iron board broken, iron got burnt stain, cookware unusable, no dishwasing liquid, disgusted to even touch the sponge, dirty. not provide kitchen towel, toilet tissue, anything also dont have. aircond set to 17 also sweating during night time. dont be fool by 7 people occupancy there.

The reality wasn’t like in the picture, the aircond in room wasn’t working properly and there were so many cockroaches at the hall so you’ll have to sleep with cockroaches if you’re going to sleep on the mattress outside at hall. Paid a deposit of RM 100 which they intentionally forgot to pay back and I had to keep asking them few times for them to pay back and not even a message saying they have refund the deposit. TRY NOT TO BOOK HERE SINCE NEXT TIME YOU ACTUALLY MIGHT NOT GET BACK YOUR DEPOSIT!

The swimming pool area were good.

The room was so dusty, didn’t provide enough blankets, the living hall everywhere were full of dust. Parking have to pay everytime go out and in.
