Glass roof private loft in Tromsø

The view was immaculate, included all the amenities listed in the description, host left the place in a clean condition. By the end of the trip I wanted to move in. Only considerations are that it is a top a hill so prepare for some uphill walking and the roof is shaped like a triangle so you will bang your head a couple times if you’re over 4ft tall.

No downsides.

The loft is luxurious, spotlessly clean with all the home comforts you could possibly need. Location is great, very walkable to town centre and the views are beautiful.

The view, the glass house loft experience is really nice. Although I bang my head a few times to get used to it but it’s fine. We stayed few places in Norway and this is the only property that comes with Netflix on TV. Of good use when it’s raining, when we can’t go anywhere in such weather.

Cleanliness. Stained bedsheet, blanket. Old and smelly towels, smelly shower curtain. The property needs some maintanence.

The glass roof is exactly what you want from the property. The porch is a great bonus when the weather is nice.

If you’re walking from the city center, it’s a bit of a hike, especially the hills, but overall not bad. Taking a taxi or scooter is ideal. You will hit your head and back on the angled ceilings no matter how tall you are or how hard you try.

The glass roof room is fantastic and so would the general apartment be, if it wasn't for the smell/cleanliness. Well equipped rooms, easy walk to a Kiwi and to the city center.

There's a very pungent smell in the apartment and also on towels/bed linen. The cleaning is very basic, bed is super soft.

Excellent view. The glass roof in the eatery was without a doubt the best! Very cozy atmosphere

The bed in the bedroom is cramped under the sloping roof. It would be better to have the mattress directly on the floor to have more space above. Alternatively, having the bed in the area near the kitchen might be an option.

Amazing views, fully equipped apartment, close to city centre, parking, all good.

Very warm when sunny

Good location near town centre in quiet residential area. Cosy little glass loft with amazing views. Very bright and warm. Imagine it would be a good place to stay in the winter. It was light all the time when we went and some places in Tromso were shut. Also the lovely host let us leave our bags before check-in as we got an earlier flight 😍 Also had washing machine 🙃

Was a musty smell probably from the drains which faded a bit A microwave would have been nice

Fabulous apartment with an amazing glass roof and spectacular views, all within a short walk to Tromsø centre. Clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed
