Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour faire un courant d’air. Mais nous disposions d’une alternative : les ventilateurs. Il a fait assez chaud durant notre séjour et ce fut utile

The location. Nothing else.

Unfortunately this is a "where do I start" situation. The place is tiny. The second bedroom is really only suitable for a single child and the ensuite is so small that you can't sit on the toilet properly as it is jammed against the wall, while the floor slopes the wrong way so that shower water ponds under the basin. The extractor fan is so loud that you can't sleep with it running. The kitchen is woeful and not suitable for preparing any meals; it is poorly stocked with cooking equipment and accoutrements, while there were only two dessert bowls for four people one of which had two chips out of it and should have been binned. A number of light bulbs were blown or missing, the lights above the kitchen bench did not work at all, the master bedroom ensuite fan did not work, and there were no bath mats. To top it all off there was a party in the building on the Saturday night we stayed with extremely noisy participants who didn't shut up until the wee hours when they went out only to come home, drunker than when they departed, and make more noise at 4.30am. All in all not a property worth your consideration or money. To put my scathing comments in context, we (two mature couples) have just spent a month touring in Scandinavia and have stayed at eleven other properties all of which were SIGNIFICANTLY better than this one. Some were more expensive and some were cheaper but all were better.

Next to the centre. Bathroom amenities appreciated. Heated bathroom floor was a nice touch.

Dirty, dusty everywhere even on the dining table. The kitchen hadn’t been cleaned properly. Also, the kitchen ventilation system was filthy. No privacy because the ground floor windows were see through, especially in the evening. One of the bathrooms had no shower tray so the whole bathroom would flood. The other bathroom had no shower screen or curtain so it would get wet outside as well. Only two smallish towels each. The bed mattresses were very thin and we got back aches. Forced ventilation system made the house cold.

Closeness to station and city centre

Rooms dark, couldn’t see out, apartment felt worn and tired.

Location. Private bathroom for each bedroom. It was very quiet, which was a little surprising because i believe it's right next to a strip joint. I didn't go in to verify it was a strip joint, but it sure looked like one from the outside.

We were here for five days. On our first day, we asked if we could get a second key to the unit. There were four people in our group, so a second key seemed like a reasonable idea. Management said no problem, we'll get that right you. They didn't. The second day, they said no problem, we'll get that right to you. They didn't. Guess what happened on the third day? You're right, exact same BS. After the third day, management quit pretending like they cared and didn't bother to respond anymore. As to the unit, it is quite basic. It was very hot when we were there, which surprised us. None of the windows open, and there is no AC. We had to leave the doors open but you can't do that at night. The unit is on the ground floor. Bedrooms are very small. They have a place to hang clothes but no place to even put your siutcase or backpack. You'll be living out of your bag, litterally.
