Both the showers were broken, not a very clean place

The location was excellent and very close to amenities.

The smell of urine by the gate to the property. Being located next to a show bar made the area and ambience feel grotty. The place was very dark, limited natural light. no block out blinds, noisy air vent out side bedroom window. Limited cooking facilities, no tea towel and no bin in the kitchen. We didn’t really feel that the photographs represented how the accommodation actually looked.

The closeness to the city centre was fantastic The place was warm (heaters worked) Beds were comfortable

The facilities could need improving. There were some really tatty things and inadequate dishes etc

Very central location, apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. The apartment is ideally located for trams, trains, buses and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The area was well lit and felt safe. Accommodation was as we requested, ie 2 en suite bedrooms.

Key collection arrangements from Joker convenience store added 15 mins of walking with luggage in a blizzard. Why not have key collected from central station? One bedroom was very noisy and cold due to aircon (?) fan and freezer in bedroom. No bedside tables or lamps. Living area poorly lit with cold aircon and no controls or instructions how to turn off. No tv instructions.
