View of the lake with the sunset from the property was great! The fireplace was welcome when the temperature dips during the night time. The toiletries were of a good quality.

We tried to walk back from town one night and realised that it was just too tiring to go up the few inclined streets to get to the property. We decided to drive to and from town thereafter. I had to throw out the trash after my stay.

Location and the view were amazing

The location is perfect, the view over Queenstown from the patio is amazing and the neighbourhood is quiet. As others have mentioned, the property is a 10-min downhill walk into the heart of Queenstown but we didn't find the return journey ridiculously difficult and we're in our 60s and 70s. We were one couple and an adult single and it was nice that one bedroom and bath could be separated from the other by closing a door. That gave us both some privacy.

These are small quibbles and haven't affected my 10/10 score. But: if we're meant to sort our rubbish it would be helpful to have separate receptacles in the apartment. And, one day of our stay was rainy and we couldn't find the cards and games mentioned in the info booklet.

Fire 🔥 was amazing, very warm. Nice and spacious. Close to town and shops. Easy parking. Amazing views! One of the best views from the kitchen sink window just beautiful
