The Aerie

The property was very clean on arrival. A welcome bottle of wine and all the information you could want. The pictures matched the unit well. The host Jen was exceptional. We had an issue with the fire place and she had it repaired that day. You can’t ask more than that. The bathrooms were fantastic. Heaps of hot water and very clean. We had our own car park off the road which was undercover. Fantastic. Staff onsite were friendly and helpful.

The dryer seemed to get hot on every setting and turned itself off after 3 minutes. But the unit had drying racks and the heaters worked brilliantly. We used that to dry our clothes. No big deal. TV in the main bed room has no signal so we logged in to our own Netflix account. Not a big issue.

Wardrobes used for landlord storage so not a lot of space to empty and store cases.

Spectacular view. Quiet. Spacious.

If you did not have a car it is a steep climb to town and back which could be an issue for some family members.

The location was perfect & everything we could possibly want was there, we would definitely recommend it

The apartment was modern and spacious with a fabulous terrace and view over the lake.

There was no parasol or BBQ on the terrace.
