The Aerie

Beautiful views and location, nice quiet area. The master ensuite opens up onto the deck and we even got to watch it snow all over the mountains from bed. There were some games, a nice fire place and a heat pump to keep it extra warm.

Although it looks like a quick walk into town. This accommodation is up a very steep hill so the walk to town might be quick, but the walk home is not for the faint-hearted. There is few things that need fixing which dropped the luxurious feel of the stay a couple notches, however was still an awesome place. (we made this aware to the manager after our stay, as it did not affect us on our stay). An important thing to note if you have a small vehicle, there is a bollard in the designated car park to stop strangers parking in it and it folds down with a key (fair enough). But we were in a smaller car and all had to exit the vehicle with our stuff apart from the driver to ensure we didn't scrape the bottom of the car when we drove it into the park. We only had 1cm of clearance over it. (Again not a biggy just something to note if you have a smaller car we were in a Subaru for reference).
