Room was nice and modern, bed was comfy. Host was lovely and communicated clearly.

Check in process was awkward, having to check in at a separate location. The apartment itself is surrounded by other apartments, and the walls felt fairly thin. Room feels quite cramped relative to its price.

My booking was made in the wrong month. Hours outside of the cancellation window I received notice of the mistake. Property was difficult to communicate with and refused any kind of movement of the booking (I even requested to come on another day that month). It felt like poor form. To make the most of the booking I drove over only to find communication with the property still difficult. The check in process is overly complicated. I called multiple times to get check in info with no answer. Then when I finally got ahold of then they promised to email me check in info but failed to until I called again close to arriving. Lots of back and forth, the property itself has scarce parking. Moderately clean but hairs in sink and shower. Would not book again purely for the difficulties in communication and check in.
