It was actually very easy as we were able to phone and grab the codes over the phone. However we had already driven to the collection point before finding this out

Good location, quiet, good facilities, clean.

Clean, good amount of utensils in kitchen and close to supermarket and town centre.

The check-in process at another venue doesn't make sense when the codes could be provided by email. The staff seemed to have a language barrier which causes issues with parking on site. I asked about parking on check in and was given instructions and gate access details only to be called a day later saying I can park in the spot because it's for unit 16 not 16A. After a long discussion I was pretty threatened that if I didn't move I would lose my $200 deposit. I ended up moving the car but noone parked there for the next 2 days. The other issue is that the walls here are paper thin. If in the bottom unit you here every movement upstairs including every toilet flush through the piping in walls. When tenants staying above go out for the night you are guaranteed to be woken by them opening the unit 16 door and walking up the stairs and around the apartment. Not nice at 3am. My advice would be the book the entire place and not just the 1 bedroom unit downstairs but that's probably a very expensive venture if there is only 2 or 3 people. We stayed in numerous places throughput our NZ trip and this was the worst. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location for town. Can walk everywhere. Clean and modern apartment.

If you are in one bed apartment, despite advertising on site there is no parking. There are a few spaces on the road if lucky. The company needs to be transparent on this as we really needed parking as so busy in Queenstown.

Fantastic location, short easy walk to the center of Queenstown. Petrol station & supermarket right there, plus a laundromat. Tip: request parking spot when you reserve an apartment. Compact little apartment but perfectly adequate for 2 people for a couple of nights.

No lift for us old people, gearing key from a different property which wasn't staffed

The property itself was adequate, though relatively small.

The property was extraordinarily difficult to find as there was no numbered address or any other signage that would identify the property. It was necessary to actually travel to a second location to pick up the key. Multiple calls to the listed number for key access were unanswered and voicemails were not returned. The pictured view of the property was misleading in that there was not any view from the property windows to speak of.
