"Overpriced."

The apartment was clean.

The room is small (compared with other apartments of similar price in our South Island trip). The overall environment is like a staff quarters. The main door is partially transparent. The balcony’s view is not good too. Not very suitable for holiday.

"Sub par experience"

Apartment itself is ok if clean and everything worked.

Heater didn't work, can't check in until 1600. Staff were not helpful, holding deposit process was terrible.

"A NICE COMFORTABLE PLACE, WELL APPOINTED & CLOSE TO MQUEENSTOWN."

NO ONSITE PARKING. GLASS FRONT DOOR THAT OPENED INWARDS WITH A ROLL DOWN BLIND (SOME FROSTED FILM WOULD BE A BETTER IDEA).
