"Great location for a trip to Queenstown"

Good location, clean and comfortable. Supermarket across the road which was really convenient.

It was clean

Ridiculous booking arrangements. Far too hard. Took the total payment out 6 months in advance even though there was free cancellation up until 2 weeks before stay. Then got slapped with $200 bond (couldn’t find that in the Ts & Cs). Wouldn’t allow a 3pm check in so had to wait until 4pm. Had to be out by 10am

Suitable for my purposes, close enough in, clean and comfortable

The Front Door would not open from the inside, however the managers did take a phone call around 6pm and called to fix the problem. But it could have been a real danger if there had been a fire or something and we needed to get out in a hurry. Also for some reason we could not enter until 4 pm which was not ideal, however they did grant an extended checkout time to compensate.

"Great place but misadvertised spa."

Comfy beds, great showers and bathrooms. Loved the style of a 3 story place we could fit everyone in. Wasn’t too far away from town.

Booked this for the spa. There was no spa. Also required a deposit on arrival.

"Modern apartment great for families. Close walking distance to attractions"

Nice modern apartment. Big enough for our family of 6. Keys were retrieved from a lockbox with a code at the property which made check out alot easier when leaving early. Property had a nice view from the balcony. Could access a 24/7 laundrymat downstairs. Came with a parking spot. Good cooking facilities.

Had alot of stairs which can be tricky with your luggage and other family members. Being picky but not enough glassware for 6 people and no hand soap throughout. But body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied.
