Just the location, within the city center.

I've booked 12a but 45s was given to my family w/o my consent. Was told by unit owner that they will randomly put clients to whatever unit is available and that 12a is just advertisement but they have more than 1 unit listed. Deceiving. Bedsheet is stained, dirty. Very inconvenient since ac is not getting cold. When a staff checked it, he insisted it was cold when he put his hand directly on the ac, but coldness cant even reach a feet away from the ac. The bathroom sucks. No running water last night. Amenities look so old esp place needs a big makeover. Cracks on the wall. Toilet seat is worst, stained, dirty. Looks like a public toilet area.

Additional fees was collected as entrance to the property. As per the owner it is the reception collection to enter the bldg. They forget that the unit is on the bldg itself. Collecting additional fees aside from the price showing on the app
